  • Yes. Traditional neon studios are now extremely rare in the UK. We’re proud to be among the few still working exclusively with real glass neon in Wales.

  • Each custom neon sign is made by hand, so timescales vary depending on size, complexity, and current studio workload. In most cases, a bespoke glass neon sign takes around 4–6 weeks from design approval to completion. We’ll always confirm an estimated timeline before starting, and let you know if your project has a shorter or longer lead time.

  • All of our signs are made using real glass neon, bent by hand over flame in our South Wales studio. We don’t use LED tubing or “neon-effect” alternatives. Real neon produces a warmer, deeper glow and is made using traditional techniques that are increasingly rare in the UK. What we make is the original craft — not an imitation.
